It is quite natural in our human condition to experience some measure of chronic unhappiness and discomfort. Yet each of us innately knows how to connect with the ‘rightness’ of our actions and to live in the present moment. And this pool of knowledge is available for each and every one us if we are able and willing to embrace it.
It’s rare that any planet can acquire conditions to potentially sustain life, so isn’t it wonderful that we are even here in the first place, and at this given moment in time?
Considering how difficult life on Earth has been for so many human beings, we can value just how precious it is for us to live in a time of relative peace and prosperity. How fortunate we are to be relatively healthy and safe. Isn’t it worth pausing more to appreciate our own lives?

What is the intention of the sessions?
To stimulate emotional systems that generate those positive affiliative responses which can lead us to increase our self appreciation and reduce everyday stress so we can live our lives with less discomfort.
Together we dialogue to determine your goals and what you wish to achieve during our sessions. We collaborate to develop personalized strategies, unique to you. These tools will help you tune into your emotions and inner wisdom which are intended by basic human design to express innate loving-kindness, strength and intuitive wisdom.
How many and how long? 10 sessions - 50 mins once a week.
Practices that seek to help cultivate presence, self-compassion and awareness are particularly useful in our current society where shame-based and self-criticism patterns dominate. For our
society where it may be easier to understand how to “rationally” challenge our inner critics, it’s a greater task and resulting true gift to gain access to emotional states of warmth and self- kindness.
